On the back of the trophy win for best white blend in the National Wine Show of Australia for the 2025 Fiori, we’ve released a limited vertical tasting collection.
See where it all began, and follow the journey to the trophy with three bottles of the 2024 Fiori and three bottles of the 2025 Fiori.
The tasting journey is a worthy experience, with the 2024 being more Riesling-forward with 60% in the mix, with less Gewürztraminer than the 2025 vintage. It’s more mineral flavour will favour fans of a Riesling. Whilst the 2025 trophy-winner is equal parts Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer, making the Gewürztraminer the star.
