This is a youthful aromatic style of fortified Muscat that’s fresh and fruity. The grapey aromas of the Muscat grape shine alongside aromas of rose petal orange and musk candy. It’s sweet but beautifully balanced with fresh acidity.

Vinification: Hand picked, hand stemmed and lightly crushed. Fermented on skins until stopping ferment with brandy spirit. It was left on skins for 12 months before being pressed, left to settle before being bottled.
